Access key

Live prices, exchange rates and instrument search come from the tickerfolio data service, which needs an access key. Access keys are free of charge and issued on request — there is nothing to buy, in the app or anywhere else. Requests are reviewed individually.

Send a request through the contact form — the button below fills it in for you. If your request is granted, you'll receive the key by email.
In tickerfolio, open Settings → Access key (or tap Add access key), paste the key and tap Connect.

Without a key everything else works: importing, portfolios, transactions and backups — just without prices.

Import from your broker

tickerfolio reads transaction history exported from mBank, Revolut (stocks and crypto), Saxo and Coinbase (CSV or Excel), as well as its own backups.

Export the transaction history from your broker as a file.
In tickerfolio tap + → Import from file, or open the file with tickerfolio from Files or Mail.
Check the review screen and tap Import. Transactions already in the portfolio are skipped, and every import can be undone from the Transactions tab.

You can also add transactions by hand: + → Add transaction.

Prices and results

Prices may be delayed. They are provided for information only and are not investment advice.
Values are shown in each portfolio's currency; costs use the exchange rate from the day of each transaction.
Tapping a holding opens it in Apple's Stocks app; touch and hold a holding for its details.

Backups and your data

Settings → Export backup saves all portfolios to a file; restore it with Import from file — no access key needed.
Settings → Erase all data removes everything from this iPhone.
